Employee relations services for managers and employees include:
 
·        Providing consultation on a variety of human resource practices as well as federal and state statutes such as civil rights, EEO, Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
·        Advising managers on best practices when dealing with employment disputes and compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations.
·        Responding to inquiries regarding employee relation issues. 

·        Point of contact for the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program / E-Verify Program. (This program enables Federal, State, and Local government agencies and licensing bureaus to obtain immigration status information and allows employers to quickly and easily verify the work authorization of their newly hired employees.)
