Performance Management
Each State of Idaho employee plays an important role in making their agency the best it can be. Idaho's Performance Management system provides the process to link employee expectations and activities to the agency's mission and to develop and motivate employees. It provides employees and managers with tools for the ongoing process of feedback and coaching, employee development, and workforce planning.
