The 2023 Annual Cybersecurity Statewide Training campaign will be emailed from cybertraining@dhr.idaho.gov to all employees on March 1, 2023, and is due by March 31, 2023.

- Your KnowBe4 password may not match your other agency passwords
- If needed, select “Forgot Password” to receive a password reset e-mail
- Be sure to check your inbox and junk folder for the password reset e-mail
- The training notice will be sent from cybertraining@dhr.idaho.gov

Can’t find your original email with your login information? Deleted your email and need to get back in? Solve all of these issues by using the link below to access KnowBe4’s account login page. Be sure you are using your agency email when trying to log in.

Do you need a new password? The unique password you created for your cybersecurity training account is not synced to any other system or profile password. To receive a new password, select the account login link below and enter your agency e-mail. When prompted to input your password, select the “forgot password” link.

This will send a password reset e-mail to your agency e-mail address. Please be sure to check your inbox and junk folder for the password reset e-mail.

If you don’t see the password reset e-mail in your inbox or junk folder, the message may be getting blocked and you will need to add KnowBe4 to your safe enders list. Follow the directions in the “Safe Sender List” section below and try selecting the “forgot password” link again to receive the password reset e-mail.

This error indicates that you need an account created. Please send your name, agency, position and state email address to cybertraining@dhr.idaho.gov and an account will be created for you.

KnowBe4 does support all current browsers as long as the browser is up to date. Internet Explorer has been known to cause compatibility issues for many state employees. Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome have demonstrated the best performance for most state users.
Safe Sender List
KnowBe4 email addresses have been whitelisted throughout the state network, however personal inbox settings can still cause system emails to end up in the junk folder. Follow the instructions listed below to get your KnowBe4 emails out of junk by modifying your Safe Sender list.
Directions:
- From your Microsoft Outlook screen, click on “Home” in the top menu.
- Click on “Junk” and then “Junk E-mail Options”.
- Click on the “Safe Senders” tab.
- Add the following email addresses to the list: do-not-reply@knowbe4.com and support@knowbe4.com.
- Click on “Apply” and then “OK”.
