Supervisory Academy

Leading Your Team Through Change

Prosci’s Leading Your Team Through Change Program creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change. Managers will learn how to prepare themselves for change, through a series of activities; and they will learn how to lead their team through change by embodying each of the CLARC roles. Each CLARC role impacts one or more elements in the ADKAR model helping to move impacted employees from a current state, through a transition state, into the desired future state and realizing project and organizational benefits. Taking Charge of Change
