ADA Coordinator

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), the State of Idaho will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities in the State’s services, programs, or activities.

The State of Idaho will make all reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to access and enjoy all State programs, services, and activities.

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination based on disability when accessing a State of Idaho program, service, or activity may file a complaint with the State of Idaho, ADA Coordinator.
