2022 State of Idaho Employee Engagement Survey

The State of Idaho will conduct a statewide employee engagement survey from November 9-30, 2022.

This survey aims to better understand the current morale, satisfaction, and engagement of State of Idaho employees at all agencies. Your opinions are important, and this survey is your chance to express those opinions.

The survey will launch on November 9 and close on November 30. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The survey is completely confidential. The state has partnered with third-party survey organizations, Qualtrics and Workforce Science Associates, to maintain control of the survey data. Leadership will only see anonymized, combined data for groups of five or more respondents. DHR will also use the results to better understand workforce challenges and gaps and use this information to build strategies for investments and priorities as we deal with continued recruitment and retention hurdles.

Where will the engagement survey come from? State of Idaho employees will receive an email from the Division of Human Resources at humanresources@hr.idaho.gov with a link to the survey.

How long will I have to complete the survey? The survey launch on November 9 and close on November 30.

Are my responses confidential? Yes! We have no way of tracing responses back to individual employees.
