We are excited to share that the Governor’s Executive Branch Employee Engagement Survey is returning for its third consecutive year. This continued effort reflects our commitment to listening to employees and strengthening engagement across agencies.
The survey provides an opportunity to better understand the employee experience across the state. With consistent questions year over year, we are able to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and recognize where teams are doing great work.
Leadership plays an important role in the success of the survey. Agency Heads are encouraged to promote participation, reinforce the value of employee feedback, and lead conversations once results are available. Our Operations teams will partner closely with agencies throughout the process to support communication, monitor participation, and assist with action planning.
Pre-survey communications will begin the week of June 15, with the survey open from June 22 through July 17. Results are expected in mid-August.
As we prepare, we encourage agencies to revisit their Fall 2025 action plans, recognizing progress made and identifying areas that may still need attention. This helps ensure continuity and allows teams to build on existing efforts.
This survey is an opportunity to listen, learn, and lead, while continuing to build a workplace where employees feel supported and valued.
